1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of TickThink Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in India and international jurisdictions.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer

Upon full payment of project milestone fees, TickThink Technologies transfers 100% intellectual property rights, source code repositories, and deployment configurations to the client without ongoing license royalties.

3. Payment Terms & Milestones

Development timelines and payment schedules are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon between the client and TickThink Technologies.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar and Jaipur.
